What is behavioural bot detection?

Behavioural detection watches interaction rather than identity: mouse trajectories and micro-movements, click timing, scroll dynamics, typing cadence, and the overall rhythm of a session. Human input is noisy and non-linear; naive automation is often too straight, too fast, or too evenly spaced.

It complements fingerprinting — even a perfect fingerprint can be flagged if the cursor teleports, events fire with zero jitter, or pages are traversed inhumanly fast.

Passing means generating realistic, trusted input — curved, variable-speed motion and human-like timing — not just fixing static signals. Clearcote's humanized input produces real, trusted events with natural jitter. See how detection works.
